You can use whatsoever milk you prefer in this recipe. I like to use non-dairy
non-dairy milk, but you can also use regular milk.
Pumpkin
puree: Pumpkin puree and pumpkin pie spice will give this pudding its pumpkin
pie flavor. Don't use pumpkin pie filling as it is already sweet and tangy.
Molasses:
Blackstrap molasses has a more healthy and rich flavor. You can also use even
molasses, which is a little sweeter and a little sweeter. They both have
caramel tastes that pair healthy with pumpkin. If you prefer your chia puddings
to be syrupier, you can add a little maple syrup to sweeten it.
Pumpkin Pie
Spice - Pumpkin Pie Interest is a spice blend containing cinnamon, ginger,
